Our evolution in the customer management and business process outsourcing industry has resulted in providing full customer support at anytime and anywhere around the United States.



Founded in 2006, LiVTEL specializes in relational management. The corporation built its first BPO contact center on a Wisconsin college campus and initiated a full service work at home environment in 2007. The next year, LiVTEL expanded to a second fully functional BPO center in Denver, CO.

LiVTEL’s services and delivery doesn't just include traditional contact centers. In 2009, LiVTEL implemented a total cost management system for fortune 500 companies.
